Refund and Returns Policy

At GardenhomeSX, we take great pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of every piece of furniture and home decor we offer. We understand that making a purchase for your living or work space is an important decision, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your GardenhomeSX experience.

That’s why we have a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy that allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

Eligible Items for Refund or Exchange
Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to all furniture and home decor items purchased directly from the GardenhomeSX online shop or one of our authorized retail partners.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be:

  1. In original, unused condition
  2. Accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  3. Returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date

We understand that sometimes a piece of furniture or decor item just doesn’t fit the vision you had for your space. Or perhaps the dimensions or color don’t quite work as expected once you see it in person. Whatever the reason, as long as the item meets the criteria above, we are happy to process a full refund or exchange.

Please note that custom-ordered, made-to-measure, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are crafted specifically for you, and we are unable to resell them. However, our design team is always happy to work with you to ensure your custom order meets your exact specifications.

How to Initiate a Return


To start the return process, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by phone, email, or through the Returns & Exchanges portal on our website.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending the item(s) back to us. We offer free return shipping on all eligible items, so you can simply pack up the product(s) using the original packaging and schedule a pickup or drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange request promptly.

Refund Processing


If you are requesting a refund, we will issue the credit back to the original payment method used for the purchase. This is typically within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, though the actual time for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s processing policies.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for any shipping costs associated with the original order. However, as mentioned, we do cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible items.

Exchange Process


If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, our team will be happy to assist you. Simply let us know the item you would like to receive as a replacement, and we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Please note that any price difference between the original item and the new item will be charged or refunded accordingly. For example, if the replacement item has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Conversely, if the new item has a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference.

We aim to ship out exchange orders within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. And as with refunds, we cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible exchange requests.

Damaged or Defective Items


We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know right away. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement item or issuing a full refund.

Unlike regular returns, there is no 30-day time limit for reporting damaged or defective merchandise. As long as you notify us of the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item, simply contact our Customer Service team with photos or a detailed description of the problem. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents is not covered under this policy. However, our team is always happy to provide guidance on the best ways to maintain your GardenhomeSX furniture and decor.

Exchanges for Size or Fit
We understand that sometimes an item may not fit your space or personal style as expected, even if it’s not damaged or defective. If this is the case, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for a more suitable replacement.

To request an exchange for size or fit, simply reach out to our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery. Provide them with details on why the item doesn’t work for you, and they will help you select an alternative that better fits your needs.

As with regular exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. And, of course, we cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible size/fit exchange requests.

Refunds for Subscription Services
In addition to our furniture and decor offerings, GardenhomeSX also provides various subscription-based services, such as our design consultation packages and furniture maintenance programs.

If you wish to cancel a subscription service and receive a refund, please contact our Customer Service team. Depending on the type of service and your subscription plan, we may be able to offer a prorated refund for the remaining duration of your subscription.
